The Mission of Trimillennium Steel, Inc. (TSI) is to locate, assess, evaluate, identify—as well as develop profiles of—aging and underperforming steel mills, steel-manufacturing and steel-processing plants around the world. These reviews assess the technology, the management, and all other aspects of the businesses and the plants.
Furthermore, as a consulting, engineering and management firm, it is the Mission of TSI to establish standards and to develop the best engineering, manufacturing and management practices and technologies for re-engineering and re-building modern-day high-performance, environmentally-responsible and technologically-advanced steel-manufacturing and steel-processing plants with twenty-first-century business models around the world.
TSI will use its consulting, engineering and management capabilities and know-how to assist its clients in assessing and evaluating steel manufacturing and processing plants, and in designing twenty-first-century high-performance manufacturing and processing plants–including processes and equipment. Furthermore, we will specify, procure, install, test and commission the designed plants and assist our clients in migrating from the current environment to newly-designed, high-performance manufacturing plants and organizations.
Once established, TSI will assist its clients in building managerial and operational practices and information technology (IT) infra and info structure for the creation of a twenty-first-century enterprise with the best management and operational systems, practices and tools. Furthermore, TSI may act as the engineering and/or the research and development arm of its clients. In these roles, TSI may undertake a specific engineering function on behalf of its clients, or it may perform process-and-operations-improvement research or product/process testing and development responsibilities.
