Meeting complex scheduling requirements of large-scale projects is necessary to ensure effective project delivery, on-time installation(s) and problem-free commissioning—as well as on-time contract payments.

- Designing dash boards that provide bar-chart graphical display of time schedules, equipment-allocation plans, and other aspects of the project, as may be needed.
- Creating Gant charts.
- Completing time scheduling and monitoring program package in form of CPM (time-phased CPMs and function-phased CPMs).
- Developing construction-program process charts that allow assessment of the state of project development at any time.
- Providing maintenance and repair schedules.
- Disseminating program and project communications to enable effective interaction between all team members—including the client team, the consulting engineering team, the contractors, the suppliers, and the executive teams.
- Supplying project reports and business intelligence to enable proper control of the project by all team members.
