At the heart of any successful project delivered on time and within the allocated budget is an effective project management team, well-established project planning, and customized control processes and practices. More projects have gone astray because of a lack of proper planning than for any other reason; such lack of planning results in delays and increased costs. Meeting complex scheduling requirements of large-scale projects is necessary to ensure effective project delivery, on-time installation(s) and problem-free commissioning—as well as on-time contract payments.

  • Managing and coordinating final handover, including completion of snag-lists and warranty callbacks.
  • Preparing both the overall project and the program master schedule.
  • Developing project-management organization charts.
  • Creating workflow and paper-flow diagrams in the course of the project life-cycle
  • Designing dash boards that provide bar-chart graphical display of time schedules, equipment-allocation plans, and other aspects of the project, as may be needed.
  • Creating Gant charts.
  • Completing time scheduling and monitoring program package in form of CPM (time-phased CPMs and function-phased CPMs).
  • Developing construction-program process charts that allow assessment of the state of project development at any time.
  • Providing maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Disseminating program and project communications to enable effective interaction between all team members—including the client team, the consulting engineering team, the contractors, the suppliers, and the executive teams.
  • Supplying project reports and business intelligence to enable proper control of the project by all team members.
